The sizeable diameter allows lighting objects with a big, round, smooth ringlight. The light from your powerful speedlight flash is reflected via the internal mirrors and baffles ensuring smooth even lighting of the front panel.

Fits lenses up to 10cm / 4" diameter
The RoundFlash™ fits all standard & tele lens you such as well as the huge professional portrait lenses (like Canon L 85mm, f/1.2 or similar). With a small lens, a lens hood or a step-up ring can be helpful in keeping the RoundFlash™ correctly positioned.

One size fits most flashes
The RoundFlash™ s designed to work with all common SLR & flash combinations. It fits all body + lens + flash combo in the range between 13cm / 5,3" and 21cm / 8,3" high measured from the lens axis - see image. The clever flash mount allows you to take pictures in horizontal & vertical mode as well.

Lens angle of view
RoundFlash™ is designed to work with almost all standard & telephoto lenses. Some very wide angle lens may vignette. The key factor is the position of the front of the lens. There are some lenses which work properly through out the full zoom range such as :
Canon 24-70 F2.8L, 70-200 F2.8L
Nikon 24-70 F2.8, 70-200 F2.8, 24-120 F4

Performance depends on the speedlight used. The most powerful flashes (like Canon 580EX, 600EX Nikon SB900, SB910) deliver ~F/16<@ ISO 400 @ 1m/3.3ft distance
