We aim to keep shipping costs as low as possible. We only ship to Australian addresses apart from the occasional small item to New Zealand. NZ customers please email for a quote.
Most items will cost $9 to $19 to post within Australia.
Heavier items such as the backdrop and boom stands may cost around $30 to send if you are in FNQ, NT or WA. Simply add items to your cart for a postal quote, you dont need to register.
We have stock at our Collingwood store in Melbourne* which means fast shipping, no waiting for overseas postage. We ship via Australia Post wherever possible meaning that if your parcel cannot be delivered you simply visit your local post office to collect your package.

Postage costs & delivery times
You do not need to register to obtain a quote, simply add items to your cart and enter your postcode. Our website links directly to Australia Post to calculate accurate costings for regular, insured and express shipping.
Express Post offers guaranteed overnight shipping to capital cities and many large regional cities, and priority service for rural destinations. There is a full list of postcodes and terms and conditions at the bottom of this page. Express orders are given top priority at Image Melbourne as well as by Australia Post. We will send express orders paid by 12 noon on the same day, see the bottom of this section for details.
Oversize items such as paper and vinyl backdrops must be sent to a business address via our road freight carrier. Unfortunately we do not offer Express shipping for oversize items as damage rates are unacceptably high for these items if sent by air.
Postal insurance is offered at a very reasonable cost. Uninsured parcels are tracked but shipped at your risk.
Combined shipping saves us money and we pass these savings on to you. It will cost less to ship a combined purchase of several items together rather than send them individually.
*Preorders & out of stock items
If you order an item with zero or negative stock shown, or an item described as a pre-order then that entire order will be placed on hold until all the items are in stock. You must pay for the order immediately and in full or We am unable to hold the items for you as We keep limited quantities of each item. If you would prefer in stock items shipped immediately and other sent when they arrive please place TWO orders so that postage is calculated correctly.
Returns
Items purchased in store must be returned in person during business hours. For all other orders you must contact us BEFORE returning any item by mail, as many issues can be quickly solved over the phone or by email. Items you send to us are sent at your risk, we recommend using Registered or Express mail when returning items as these provide tracking.
Faulty or damaged items
We will replace brand new items if they arrive faulty, or refund any items listed incorrectly. Postal damage is also covered provided the items are insured. We will pay for return postage for these items if they are returned within within 7 days. New items that fail under warranty after this will be repaired or replaced at our option.
Change of mind
Please choose carefully!
NO REFUND or EXCHANGE is offered if you simply change your mind on consumable items such as :
Backdrops, filters, film, batteries & globes
Please contact us before returning any item. Items returned to be exchanged must be:
· Returned within 7 calendar days
· Accompanied by the original receipt
· In as new condition
· Complete including all boxes and packaging
We must be able to resell returned items as new.
Management has sole discretion in accepting or rejecting returns.
Should the return be approved we will offer credit to the purchase price of the original item only.
ALL postage costs are the buyers responsibility in the case of a change of mind, postage is not refundable.
Australia Post Express Post terms & conditions
You MUST pay by credit card or Paypal so that your payment clears immediately.
For orders placed before 12pm on a business day, Express Post offers guaranteed^ next business day delivery for standard size parcels ONLY to the locations listed below. For example orders placed on Friday after 12pm or on the weekend will be posted on Monday and arrive on Tuesday (excluding public holidays)
Our guarantee does NOT apply to oversized items such as Paper and Vinyl Backdrops which cannot be sent with Australia Post. We suggest you allow at least an extra day as couriers cannot guarantee delivery times for oversized parcels.
If you are not within the Express Post Next Business Day Delivery Network, the fastest possible delivery is provided on a non-guaranteed basis.
