Postage costs & delivery times: Due to the ongoing Covid-19 Pandemic some deliveries are taking longer than usual, an extra 1-2 days to most locations. We advise selecting Same Day, Priority or Express Post for urgent deliveries. We will ship within one business day of receiving payment.

The only service with a warrantied delivery time at the moment is Same Day!

We only ship within Australia. International shipping is expensive apart from the very smallest items. NZ sometimes works out, elsewhere is very costly. International customers please email for a quote. We are unable to ship to the US under any circumstances

We have stock at our facility in Melbourne^ which means fast shipping, no waiting for overseas postage. 

Road Freight is the most affordable option for most items. Arrival times are similar to ordinary mail, generally 2-5 business days. Allow an extra 1-2 business days for delivery of oversize items outside of capital cities as these items cannot be air shipped. Not suitable for PO Boxes. GPO delivery can be arranged for extreme rural locations.

Priority is the fastest option for interstate shipping including oversize items such as paper and vinyl backdrop rolls. Generally items arrive next business day. Available for customers in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Tasmania and some rural areas in Victoria. Not suitable for PO Boxes. Delivery times are NOT guaranteed by any carrier currently :(

Same Day is the fastest services available for customers in around Melbourne. Only available for In Stock items. Areas serviced include Werribee, Frankston and Lilydale. Door to door service, not suitable for PO Boxes.

Parcel Post is Australia Post's standard service. Despite being an economical option all items are tracked & insured. Pandemic induced delays are common, so please don't choose this if you need items urgently. Great for people with PO Boxes. Not available for oversize items like paper rolls.

Express Post offers fast shipping* to capital cities and many large regional cities, and priority service for rural destinations. However pandemic delays do apply. There is a full list of postcodes and terms and conditions at the bottom of this page.

Same Day & Priority orders are given top priority at Image Melbourne and our shipping partners. For example if you order before 5pm Monday we will generally pack the order that day, it will leave here on Tuesday and arrive ASAP. Depending on order volume & pickup times some orders may leave our store same day

Combined shipping saves us money and we pass these savings on to you. It will cost less to ship a combined purchase of several items together rather than send them individually. Add items to your cart to calculate the cost.

^Preorders & out of stock items

If you order an item with zero or negative stock shown, or an item described as a pre-order then that entire order will be placed on hold until all the items are in stock. You must pay for the order immediately and in full. We are unable to hold items for you without payment. If you would prefer in stock items shipped immediately and other sent when they arrive please place TWO orders so that postage is calculated correctly.


Returns: 

You MUST contact us BEFORE returning and item, as many issues can be quickly solved over the phone or by email. Items you send to us are sent at your risk, we recommend using a courier, registered or express mail when returning items as these provide tracking. Shipping insurance is also highly recommended as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged en route to us.

Faulty or damaged items

We will replace brand new items if they arrive faulty, or refund any items listed substantially incorrectly. Postal damage is also covered via our insured shipping. We will pay for return postage for damaged items if they are returned within within 7 days. New items that fail under warranty after this will be repaired or replaced at our option.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian consumer law.

Change of mind

You MUST contact us before returning any item. Items returned to be exchanged must be:

· Returned within 7 calendar days 

· Accompanied by a copy of the original receipt

· In as new condition

· Complete including all boxes and packaging 

No refund or exchange is offered if you simply change your mind on consumable items such as :

Backdrops, filters, film, batteries & globes

Discounted items are also excluded from our change of mind policy


We must be able to resell returned items as new. Management has sole discretion in accepting or rejecting returns.

Should the return be approved we will offer an exchange or credit to the purchase price of the original item only.

ALL postage costs are the buyers responsibility in the case of a change of mind, shipping is not refundable.
